How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are individually hand pressed in small batches on Great Barrier Island and sent using NZ Couriers.

Target delivery times are 5-10 working days but may be slightly longer for any Rural Delivery addresses. We aim to get your items to you as soon as we can but due to garments being individually made as they are ordered we may get the odd delay.

We appreciate your patients and understanding.

 Note that subject to courier network overload there can be delays to target delivery times. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

online orders are processed at 10am weekdays any orders received after 10am will be processed and sent the following day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be packaged and shipped out on Monday.

 

orders over $300 receive free-shipping nationwide, excluding bulk orders (over 20 items)
